Link invest in bill analysis technology

With a relationship first beginning in 1997, Link Communications Corporation invested in Day3 to deliver a mobile and pager bill analysis solution for their corporate clients known as Customer Soft Copy.

Formed over 18 years ago, Link commenced operations as a paging company and were one of the first private companies to build and operate a nationwide radio frequency network. Today, Link Communications Corporation is Australia's leading provider of contact management, messaging and call answering solutions, providing innovative solutions to businesses looking for more effective and efficient ways to manage contact with customers and staff.

The successful implementation of Customer Soft Copy formed a relationship that prompted the development of further projects including a data warehousing solution and data mediation services. These projects help in time savings, assist data management and encourage the retention of Link’s corporate clients.
