Connect.com.au, one of Australia’s largest Internet Service Providers, came to Day3 in September 1999 to re-engineer their billing capabilities to allow for billing on the Internet.

Founded in 1992, Connect.com.au was one of the first companies to bring the Internet to Australia. Today, as a nationwide network provider and subsidiary of AAPT, they offer businesses leading-edge infrastructure and hardware as well as ongoing support and commitment.

Working closely with Connect.com.au, Day3 transformed the company’s Message Integrated Financial System (MIFS) and streamlined the business processes, reducing operating costs through the electronic handling of accounts, invoicing and pricing.

This re-modelling increased customer satisfaction as well as efficiency and accuracy in administration, in so doing formed a stable and ongoing relationship between Connect.com.au and PowerServe.
